Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents immediately for any signs of damage or missing items from your order.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is an issue with your flour or grains, take a clear photo of the product and the packaging to help us understand what went wrong.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos to initiate a resolution or replacement.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Our team will review your request and issue a store credit or dispatch a replacement for any damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost.
